Many of you would find the title so striking you would start to think it's something else. Well it isn't. This piece is about a conspiracy that has been going on for years. Apparently the whole man on the moon event could be a fake.
The world was in awe to see the American flag on the moon. The first time man set foot on the biggest night light bulb was a moment in history we will never forget. Even president Obama said it in his speeches. This was indeed one of the great moments in history and up until this day, since 1969 they haven�t been back to the moon. This raised a lot of unanswered questions which subsequently lead to conspiracy theories such as; the landing was faked by NASA.
There are several theories as to why the Apollo Moon Landing could be faked. At the time the USA was in competition with the Soviet Union USSR (now Russia)in a bid to do successful space programs. What better advantage could the US have by doing the impossible and travel to the moon? According to Wikipedia, money could also be a factor as NASA raised $30 billion to go to the moon. Another conspiracy theory was that the landing on the moon was a distraction from the Vietnam War. There is also scientific evidence to justify the possible hoax. Scientists� said exposure to radiation from the moon as well as excess heat would have made the voyage impossible. The rocks brought back from the moon are said to be similar to that of rocks collected by scientific expeditions Antarctica.
The only factor that would make me say that it could be a hoax is the fact that they haven't been back moon since they stepped off it 40 years ago,why? This hoax argument has sparked my interest and I believe this topic is worth more serious investigation then maybe we could honestly come to a definite conclusion and do away with the conspiracies.
