Top 5 fat states in the US

We are all aware that the US is known to have the fattest people alive right? Well these people are getting bigger and bigger every year according to their latest stats. This is not surprising as the fast food culture is the norm in the country, they will have MacDonald's for breakfast, BK for lunch and Pizza for dinner plus another pizza for dessert. Most states in the country seem to have this big problem as the people are getting bigger and bigger. Among the thirty one states in the US that are getting bigger, Mississippi is winning the race as 30% of its adults are plump as stated by a report from 'Trust for America's Health'. While Colorado is the skinniest state with just 17% of its adults overweight.

Can we learn from this?

It is unfortunate that people have eating disorders and they cannot be blamed for being obese. I do hope that they soon can be helped out of their predicament. Still most westernised countries are getting fatter for example the UK and Canada. If others do not learn from the US's mistakes then they will end up with the same 'big' problem. This could be a huge crisis and I believe that anyone who is obese do not like it. However they like the food and sometimes that's not their fault as the current fast food is designed to make you want more. I'm not sure if you've ever experienced this but have you ever ate KFC, your stomach is full but you crave more? Well this happened to me (call me greedy). Thankfully I am now a semi health freak and I know my limits so I eat fast food only once a week. People please get to know your limits! You do not become fat overnight. Please watch what you eat and go to the gym sometimes.
