I'm sure you've heard the song 'what a wonderful world' by Louie Armstrong. Well he must have had a wonderful day when he wrote that song! Great song as it describes pure bliss. Come to think of it, the world could not have been that wonderful for him at the time as he could not even sleep in certain hotels let alone eat in certain restaurants because of racial segregation. This legend had great courage as ignorance could not stop him from enjoying his life. In this piece I will write about my idea of how a wonderful world should be.
In my opinion a wonderful world would not have starving people. This world would not even see colour as a factor when judging someone's character or persona. Indeed a wonderful world would put humanity first, not killing innocent people over ideologies. The leaders of this wonderful world would govern in such a way that aliens would want to come and live here! On a serious note though in my wonderful world, the richest countries would care and share their riches with the poorer ones. There would be no prejudice as a result this wonderful world would have no prefferential treatment, no barriers for entry into any one country as people would not have to leave their home countries to seek a better life as life would be wonderful for them in the first place. Wonderful world trade would be fair. There would be no wars, this is impossible so how about a wonderful world where there is a balance between peace and war or a disproportion of more peace over war on a 80% - /20% basis? My wonderful world would have one Wonderful God, or two, maybe three! as long as they keep the world wonderful and in order it wouldn't matter. My wonderful world would have every race respecting each other as they would know that they all have their own uniqueness about them that makes them all different and special. All women would be matriarchs in my wonderful world, women would come first, and they would hold high places in society. I believe only them can properly care for individuals. Well they have the experience! A woman's touch would never be far away in my wonderful world.
In my wonderful world there would be no prisons. Everyone would account for their own wrongdoings or right doings. Karma would be realer than real in my wonderful world. There would be no man made diseases, no jealousy on one race from another. Nature would be queen again. There would be sadness sometimes but there would be too much happiness to remember the sad times. There would be no killing machines, no population control, no abortion, we would just pro create, and morality would be high. No irrational thinking. Just imagine my world wouldn't it be wonderful? Just think to yourself.
Lets face it the world is not wonderful to say the least but it could be better, you could help to improve it, just think of putting a smile on someone's face today by doing something small but meaningful for that person. Sow good seeds then you'll reap good fruits. Happiness wouldn't be far away, come on just think to yourself...
